Do I have to use Blended Leading every day?

No. Blended Leading works in the background. You receive nudges at the times you choose, and you decide whether to read or act on them. There is no required frequency or minimum usage.

Can I pause or stop nudges?

Yes. You can: – Pause nudges temporarily – Change how often you receive them – Stop them completely You stay in control at all times.

Can I change my settings later?

Yes. You can update: – Timing and frequency – Language – Leadership focus areas Nothing is fixed or locked in.

Why did I receive this specific nudge?

Why did I receive this specific nudge? Nudges are generated based on Nudge Drivers, such as: – Your individual leadership results – Comparison with anonymized organizational benchmarks (if enabled) – Analysis of open text feedback (if available) You can see the related insights in the Results area.

Why do I sometimes receive multiple nudges?

Because different Nudge Drivers work independently. Each driver may generate its own nudge based on a different perspective. This helps keep insights specific rather than generic.

I didn’t select this topic – why did I get a nudge about it?

Leadership focus areas do not control Nudge Drivers. Drivers are based on data and insights. Focus areas influence personalization, but they don’t limit which drivers generate nudges.

Is Blended Leading monitoring my chats or emails?

No. Blended Leading does not read or analyze: – Microsoft Teams messages – Emails – Meetings or calendars Only explicitly provided data is used.

Can my manager see my nudges or ratings?

No. Managers cannot see: – Your nudges – Your ratings or action statuses – Your individual results

What can HR see?

This depends on your organization’s setup. In all cases: – HR sees aggregated and anonymized insights only – No individual-level data is visible – Nudges are never used for evaluation

Is my data GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Blended Leading follows EU GDPR requirements, including: – Explicit consent for personal data – Secure, EU-based data processing – The ability to withdraw consent or stop using the tool

Do I have to rate nudges?

No. Rating nudges is optional. You can ignore them if you prefer.

What happens if I rate a nudge poorly?

Nothing negative. Low ratings help improve future nudges. They are not tracked as negative signals about you.

Are my ratings or action statuses used against me?

No. Ratings and action statuses are: – Used to improve nudges – Included only in anonymous, aggregated analysis for the organization They are never used for individual evaluation.

How quickly will I see benefits?

Many leaders notice value after just a few nudges. Blended Leading focuses on small, realistic actions that build impact over time.

Does Blended Leading replace training or coaching?

No. It complements existing training and coaching by helping you apply what you’ve already learned—directly in daily work.

What if I decide Blended Leading isn’t for me?

That’s fine. You can stop using it at any time. There are no penalties or consequences.
