Blended Leading was created by the team behind LS-S to continue a mission we deeply believe in: helping organizations turn leadership and culture into measurable business growth.
After decades of partnering with organizations, we saw a clear pattern: leadership drives success, yet the ways we develop leaders haven’t evolved much. Workshops and traditional mentoring create value, but they often reach only a few and rarely make a lasting difference.
We set out to change that: to make leadership growth continuous, practical, and part of everyday work.
That’s how Blended Leading was born, bringing together decades of human insight, behavioral science, and technology.

Entering the Digital Era
Recognizing the future of leadership in technology, Lead1ng AG launches its first generation of digital leadership tools, combining behavioral science with early digital innovation.
1998
The Birth of Lean Digital Solutions
Lean Digital Solutions becomes part of Lead1ng AG, serving as the group’s dedicated digital division. Its mission: to merge data analytics, psychology, and technology into the next generation of leadership development.
2015
LS-S Leadership Support Is Born
Within Lean Digital Solutions, the LS-S Leadership Support brand is created — uniting all digital leadership tools and platforms under one identity. LS-S quickly becomes a leading suite for assessment, feedback, and leadership growth across international organizations.
2018
European Seal of Excellence
The European Innovation Council (EIC) awards its Seal of Excellence to Lean Digital Solutions for Blended Leading, recognizing it as a high- impact innovation reshaping how leaders grow in hybrid and data-driven environments.
2022
Supported by the European Union
Blended Leading receives funding from the European Union’s NextGenerationEU program and the Ministry of Innovation and Growth of the Republic of Bulgaria. This support accelerates the transformation of our vision into a fully realized AI-powered leadership platform, embedded in the Microsoft ecosystem.
