Blended Leading at HR Updates 2025: HumanAIsing Work
The participants at the BAPM Spring Conference were the first to experience the AI-based solution for leadership development. It was presented during the Parallel Sponsored Sessions and during our panel we showcased how Blended Leading® addresses one of the biggest challenges in leadership development: sustainably applying what has been learned in practice. Our session sparked strong interest among professionals looking for practical, long-term leadership development solutions. We showcased tangible benefits for both organizations and leaders and demonstrated how Blended Leading® turns data into action. During the conference, we also announced the exclusive pilot program.
About the conference:
On June 19, 2025, Capital Fort in Sofia hosted BAPM’s spring event for HR news, trends, experience, and best practices from and for Bulgaria: HR Updates 2025: HumanAIsing Work.
The conference focused on the use of artificial intelligence in human resource management and development processes and activities. The forum presented up-to-date information, data, guidelines, and good local practices to assist human resource management and development specialists.
Over 200 people participated in the BAPM spring event.
