Blended Leading at HR DAYS 25: KNOW. HOW
LS-S Leadership Support joined the Bulgarian Association for People Management (BAPM) Autumn Conference, bringing together two powerful perspectives: cutting-edge research on organisational culture and the practical impact of AI-enabled leadership development.
While our conference session, led by Prof. Zara Whysall (Nottingham Business School) and Kamen Kanev (General Manager at LS-S Leadership Support and Blended Leading), focused on insights from our latest international culture survey, Blended Leading® also took centre stage in the exhibition area. At our interactive stand, participants could see Blended Leading® live, supported by a large-format touch-interactive projection system that allowed visitors to engage directly with the content in real time. The setup invited HR professionals to touch, navigate and experience leadership-nudges and culture-alignment dashboards on the projected surface, turning the stand into a hands-on exploration of leadership growth in action.
About the conference:
The HR DAYS 25 conference was special because BAPM is celebrating 25 years since its founding! The anniversary edition was exciting because it looked back on the path they have travelled and at the same time directed our attention forward: to the knowledge and experience that shape the future of the HR profession.
On October 28 the event started with pre-conference master classes that will enrich the accumulated experience of HR professionals through practical knowledge and exchange with leading Bulgarian and foreign experts.
On October 29 was the rich conference program, where we talked about knowledge turned into practice, shared lessons and visions that lead to real change, and the bridges between generations, professions, and industries.
