Sie wurde w\u00e4hrend der Parallel Sponsored Sessions vorgestellt. In unserer Panel-Session zeigten wir, wie Blended Leading\u00ae eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fteentwicklung adressiert: nachhaltige Anwendung des Gelernten in der Praxis. Unsere Session stie\u00df auf gro\u00dfes Interesse bei Fachleuten, die nach praktischen, langfristigen L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fteentwicklung suchen. Wir pr\u00e4sentierten greifbare Vorteile f\u00fcr Organisationen und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und zeigten, wie Blended Leading\u00ae Daten in Handlung umsetzt. Juni 2025 war Capital Fort in Sofia Gastgeber der BAPM-Fr\u00fchjahrsveranstaltung f\u00fcr HR-News, Trends, Erfahrungsaustausch und Best Practices aus Bulgarien: HR Updates 2025: HumanAlsing Work.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die Konferenz konzentrierte sich auf den Einsatz k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz in den Prozessen und Aktivit\u00e4ten des Personalmanagements und der Personalentwicklung.
