Sie wurde w\u00e4hrend der Parallel Sponsored Sessions vorgestellt, und in unserem Panel zeigten wir, wie Blended Leading\u00ae eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen in der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fteentwicklung angeht: das nachhaltige Anwenden des Gelernten in der Praxis. Unsere Session stie\u00df auf gro\u00dfes Interesse bei Fachleuten, die nach praktischen, langfristigen L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fteentwicklung suchen. Wir pr\u00e4sentierten greifbare Vorteile f\u00fcr Organisationen und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und zeigten, wie Blended Leading\u00ae Daten in Taten umsetzt. Juni 2025 war das Capital Fort in Sofia Gastgeber der Fr\u00fchjahrsveranstaltung der BAPM f\u00fcr HR-Nachrichten, Trends, Erfahrungen und Best Practices aus und f\u00fcr Bulgarien: HR Updates 2025: HumanAIsing Work.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die Konferenz konzentrierte sich auf den Einsatz k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz in den Prozessen und Aktivit\u00e4ten des Personalmanagements und der Personalentwicklung.
